The course provides a comprehensive introduction to the European Waste Catalogue and its use and implementation. Delegates will receive training in the regulatory requirements and the practicalities of using the European Waste Catalogue.
The course is targeted at waste producers and for anyone involved in the management of waste and its associated record keeping.

- The European Waste Catalogue – an introduction
- Overview of waste legislation in the UK
- Using the EWC: Definitions of waste, Identification of the EWC code
- Using the EWC: Compliance with legislative requirements
