International climate change expert is Defra’s new Chief Scientific Adviser
Robert Watson has been appointed the next Chief Scientific Adviser (CSA) for Defra. Former chair of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change and currently World Bank Chief Scientist Robert Watson will join the department in September.
